Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers on work plans and schedules.
- Lead design teams in programming, conceptual, and schematic design phases.
- Guide the technical team in preparing design development and construction documents.
- Coordinate with in-house engineers and external consultants.
- Develop architectural technical specifications.
- Oversee construction administration and submittal review.
- Update technical standards and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Licensure
- Healthcare experience
- Proficient in Revit.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Team player, even under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
