Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, design, and construction of data center projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale data center projects.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Native level proficiency in German and English.
