I am working with a top 100 ENR firm that is looking to continue to grow their presence within the Tulsa market. You will step into a role that has a lot of potential to grow your own team, meaning that there will be plenty of autonomy and control over your own work. They are specifically looking for someone with experience in commercial site development project management with an entrepreneurial spirit who is enthusiastic to be the leader of a growing team and business.

- Base Salary: $170k+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Management of Oklahoma civil engineering operations
- Identifying and pursuing business with third-party clients
- Scope development and contract negotiation
- Overseeing, participating in, and streamlining operations of technical staff
- Management of project data, QA/QC, and deliverable for accuracy
- Oversight of proposals, budgets, workload, and invoices
- Participating in Client/Agency meetings for sales and conflict resolution purposes
- Coordinating with company owners and other in-house department heads
Qualifications:
- Licensed PE
- At least 10 years of (private civil/site) project management experience
- Experience with project form submittals
- Technical expertise commensurate with that of a supervisor of project engineers and designers
