Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and ground investigations to gather essential data for project planning.
- Perform site assessments, visits, and analyses, and prepare detailed site visit reports.
- Prepare necessary documents and support procedures for obtaining permits and approvals.
- Supervise and document the progress of civil engineering works, ensuring adherence to design plans.
- Create and review civil engineering designs, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Uphold safety and quality standards at construction sites, conducting regular inspections.
- Engage in technical discussions with contractors and suppliers to resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare and update technical specifications and project plans, managing construction budgets and material costs.
- Coordinate and report on project schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of practical experience in civil construction.
- Experience in the renewable energy field, particularly solar power generation, is preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM/CAD tools.
- Basic understanding of construction-related laws and regulations in Japan.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Possession of a Civil Engineering Works Execution Management Engineer certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
