We are seeking a skilled Electrical Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage complex electrical projects within the Critical Power, Power Distribution, UPS, and Modular Construction Delivery sectors. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of electrical projects from planning to completion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and manage resources.
- Conduct site surveys, budget forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and quality improvements.
- Partner with customers to manage project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and documentation.
- Maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Acquire necessary permits and ensure timely inspections.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in electrical systems, power distribution, and/or critical power industries.
- Proven experience in project planning, installation, and completion in complex markets such as Federal, Government, Commercial, and Mission Critical sectors.
- Extensive experience leading diverse teams and managing projects with budgets ranging from $2M to $30M+.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
