**Senior Electrical Engineer - Lead the Future of Design in Cincinnati**

In this pivotal position within a dynamic team that comprises 46 dedicated professionals across two locations, you will take charge as both leader and manager. Your expertise will not only shape complex MEP systems but also guide technical teams towards unprecedented heights of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical system calculations, select equipment, and create layouts, project drawings, and specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 for project tasks.
- Estimate construction costs, manage project administration, conduct site visits, and coordinate activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical staff (engineers, designers, and drafters) from project award to completion.
- Foster a proactive, collaborative approach with project team members at all levels to achieve project and performance goals.
- Ensure quality control for assigned projects and conduct QA/QC reviews for others' designs.
- Meet clients' performance, schedule, and financial goals effectively.
- Participate in client project interviews and collaborate on developing presentation materials.
- Develop objectives to increase business with existing clients and grow HAWA Engineers.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
- EIT or PE License preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM360 is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to transfer knowledge, concepts, and ideas to all levels of a professional environment.
- Experience in business development within existing clients is valued.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team on a project basis and career path.
- A motivated self-starter who displays initiative and actively pursues results-driven goals with a collaborative and consultative approach.
