Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to spearhead their hyperscale data center projects, each valued at over €400 million. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project life cycle, from planning to execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of [10] years of experience in project management, specifically in hyperscale data centers or large-scale mission critical projects.
