We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale substation builds, integral to powering Meta AI's data center initiatives in Northeast Louisiana. This is a permanent role with one of the nations top ranked utility contractors. You will have the opportunity to work on the largest data center project in the world. A $10 billion project that includes eight new substations and 100 miles of transmission lines.
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:
- On-Site Leadership: Directing all facets of construction activities with precision and authority.
- Execution Excellence: Ensuring project milestones are met without compromising safety or quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Fostering collaborative efforts among diverse teams while maintaining clear communication channels.
Skills required:
- Substation background: Familiarity with electrical substations' design & operation indicating expertise specific to high voltage construction.
- PMP or degree in construction/project management is preferred but not required.
- Construction Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability overseeing construction sites shows capability leading substantial building endeavors from ground-breaking through completion phases ensures adherence stringent timelines budgets alike.
