Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable design, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role involves leading and supporting projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Design & Development: Develop creative design solutions for various landscape architecture projects, including parks, commercial developments, residential communities, and urban spaces.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality design standards.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, planners, engineers, and environmental consultants.
Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Professional licensure (PLA) preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
3-7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS.
Strong knowledge of Florida native plants, environmental regulations, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
