The company is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Asset Manager to join their dynamic team in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business operations for finance and legal team and oversee cash flow
- Lead evaluation for business feasibility
- Prepare and present reports on asset performance and financial metrics to senior management.
- Support the acquisition and financing of new projects through preparing documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in asset management, structured finance, or M&A, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Japanese.
