Job Title: Electrical Project Leader

Our projects are designed to be more sustainable, utilising less power from the grid while maintaining high efficiency and reliability. We are looking for a dedicated TGA Electrical Project Leader to join our team and lead our projects ranging from 8-10 megawatts.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the electrical aspects of TGA (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for modular data centre projects.
-Oversee the design of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and plumbing engineers, architects, and construction managers.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
-Ensure all electrical systems are designed for optimal energy efficiency and sustainability.
-Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project life cycle.
-Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met and approvals are obtained.
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
-Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in data centre or similar high-tech environments.
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and energy efficiency practices.
-Experience with modular construction and sustainable design principles.
-Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Fluent in German, English is a plus.
