Summary:
This client is seeking a Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer. This role requires to be onsite at the Framingham, MA facility.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process Experience with Enzyme Production (Single Use Bioreactors, MCCs, CIP, UF, Chromatography, Clean Utilities)
- Experience performing root cause analysis and proposing technical solutions.
- Batch S88 Programming Experience preferably in DeltaV environment
- Experience with multi-product single use manufacturing -
- Previous experience as tech lead on a DeltaV project
- Functional requirements development experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in automation engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proficiency with DeltaV Batch and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and automation standards.
- Experience with data historians and other manufacturing IT systems is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Authoring or updating system specifications, user and functional requirements specifications, generating and executing vital Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and (Site Acceptance Testing) SAT protocols
