Construction Manager - Substation Projects
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager, specialized in substation projects, for a permanent position with one of the nations top utility contractors. This opportunity involves leading large-scale substations builds for a $10 billion AI data center project in Northeast Louisiana. This will be the largest data center project in the world needing eight new substations and 100 miles of transmission line.
As a key player on the team:
- You will oversee all aspects of construction management from inception to completion.
- Ensure project milestones and quality standards meet stringent requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
Required Skills:
* Construction Management: Direct complex projects confidently towards timely delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes within budget constraints.
* Leadership & Supervision: Lead teams effectively through clear communication; ensure tasks align with overall objectives whilst promoting workplace safety as paramount importance.
