Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple roofing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles and roofing industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, providing effective solutions and contingency plans.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of all common single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
- At least 5 years' experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager.
- Experience working with government clients (warehouses, hangers) desired
