LVI currently have an opportunity open for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join an esteemed client based out of Northeast Atlanta. This firm has been in the commercial roofing space for over 50 years, establishing themselves as a well trusted partner in the market. This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead projects that make a difference while working within an environment where your skills are recognized and valued.
As the next Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process on-site. You will ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times, and you will coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members effectively. Your ability to manage timelines, budgets, and personnel will be key to your success in this role.
This client provides a wide variety of commercial & industrial roofing solutions across the East Coast, primarily GA. Their main services includes the new construction and re-roof of large flat structures, working with TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Metal. They have a respected list of clients for repeat business - as they naturally grow they are looking for a Superintendent to join their team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience in a Superintendent position
- Experience managing large scale commercial & industrial roofing projects
- Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM & ideally metal as well
