Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Programming and Commissioning: Develop and program building automation systems from scratch using KMC, ALC, Honeywell, or Niagara platforms.
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building automation systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, including on-site support and training for clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, programming, and service activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation systems, with proficiency in KMC, ALC, Honeywell, or Niagara platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming skills and the ability to develop custom solutions from scratch.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in building automation systems are a plus.
