Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Engineer with DeltaV expertise to manage commissioning and qualification for automation systems in a regulated environment, ensuring readiness and compliance for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
- Set up, organize, and maintain project documentation for automation activities.
- Ensure documentation compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and audit readiness.
Commissioning Deliverables:
- Develop commissioning schedules, define system boundaries, and manage vendor documentation.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and receipt verification.
Execution & Qualification:
- Develop and document Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.
- Track and document changes, ensuring traceability and compliance with safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Regular project updates, budget, and schedule tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of automation engineering experience, particularly with DeltaV in a GMP environment.
- Proficient in DeltaV systems and electronic documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
