**Preferred Experience & Skills:**
We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- **Big Box Retail Knowledge:** Familiarity with retailers like Kroger, HEB, Sprouts,
Whole Foods or Walmart is highly desirable.
- **Leadership Tenure:** At least 2-3 years' experience showing capacity
as an assistant superintendent guiding large-scale retail store projects from inception through completion.
- **Construction Expertise:** Ground-up experience preferred indicating strong foundational skills necessary for managing new build-outs from scratch.
