Our client, a well-established civil engineering firm in Indiana, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Water Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and management of water resources projects, including stormwater management, drainage systems, and erosion control.
- Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
- Coordinate state and local permitting processes and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients.
- Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules while ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Provide technical expertise, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in water resources and stormwater management.
- Licensure: PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other design software.
- Leadership: Demonstrated project management experience with excellent communication and organizational skills.
