Job Description:
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and reliability of ESG data and the achievement of targets. This includes collaborating with local properties, regional and HQ data owners, external auditors, and Corporate Finance to support Sustainability-Linked Loans. Key focus areas include energy, carbon, water, waste, and employee injury.
- Develop policies and guidelines to address new topics and data requirements in response to local regulatory needs.
- Maintain the validity of ISO, green building, and green hospitality certifications.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to translate strategies and targets into actionable plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as regulators and industry/professional bodies to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Assist with various sustainability-related tasks as assigned.
