Responsibilities:
- Manage all clients for them in the Charlotte region and expand where necessary
- Help expand operations with smart account management
- Deliver detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or conditions
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the project life cycle
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in commercial roofing
- Understanding of roof construction to make accurate project estimates
- Extensive sales experiences related to the construction industry
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Address any issues that arise during the estimation or project phases
