Job Title: Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of wastewater treatment projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in wastewater engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage wastewater treatment projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and building positive relationships.
- Design and Engineering: Provide engineering support on the design, operation, and troubleshooting of wastewater treatment systems, including biological treatment, clarification, filtration, and chemical oxidation.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and communicate project tasks between offices and team members, including subcontractors and technical task leaders.
- Budget and Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Perform constructability reviews and quality control checks.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths. Develop contingency plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in wastewater engineering projects.
- Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management software, hydraulic modeling, and CAD design. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, regulatory approval processes, and structural design concepts.
