- Lead across engineering, product management, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and best service to clients.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams ensure the safety the team and compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the department, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Ensure that quality control measures are strictly followed, ensuring our products meet top industry standards and customer expectations.
- Oversee departmental financials, including annual budgeting and profit and loss.
- Regularly report progress.
- Understanding evolving technology and markets in water treatment to ensure top-tier product and service offerings are in the company's portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree
- 10 years of experience across relevant departments
- Technical expertise in engineered-to-order solutions in water treatment
- Intent to deliver best service possible through custom, consultative solutions
- Leadership experience
- Interdepartmental experience across manufacturing operations
- P&L Management experience
