Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
Project Management:
- Oversee planning, design, and implementation of projects.
- Manage resources, schedules, and budgets.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and contracts.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide guidance on complex projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in water/wastewater engineering with leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Certifications: PE license required.
