The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of water resources projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the water resources market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to grow the water resources market in the Seattle region.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water resources projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute market strategies.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, making go/no-go decisions and determining pursuit staffing and teaming partners.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and technical documents.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water resources engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and client management.
- Strong technical knowledge of water resources systems, including hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
