Seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water/wastewater projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Supervise and mentor project team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage project budgets and expenses.
- Participate in business development and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 10-15+ years of water/wastewater project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
