Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager - Water Reuse/Reclamation, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water reuse and reclamation projects, including wastewater treatment, advanced treatment processes, and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with water quality standards. You will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will drive the success of our water reuse initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water reuse and reclamation projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and review technical reports, design plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Participate in public meetings and presentations to communicate project goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water reuse and reclamation projects.
- Proven project management experience, including budget and schedule management.
- Strong understanding of water reuse technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
