LVI currently have an opening for a Travelling Superintendent to join a growing commercial roofing firm based out of Dallas, TX. This firm is a is currently going through expansion plans for 24/25 and are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to join the team. This complete work nationwide, retail projects being their bread of butter. With a family-feel culture and hugely successful year so far, this company is looking to continue their trajectory with a Superintendent to help oversee construction nationwide.
As a Travelling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation. You will be required to enforce strict safety regulations on-site at all times and coordinate operations to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest possible standards. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a profound knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques specific to large-scale commercial structures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years commercial roofing experience
- Strong understanding of common flat commercial roofing systems and materials (TPO, PVC, EPDM, SPF, Metal).
- Experience as a Superintendent specifically overseeing commercial roofing projects (new construction & re-roofing)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Applicants will ideally be based out of Dallas, however, can be based anywhere in the US and work remotely.
