Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of roadway projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and oversight on roadway design and engineering projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of work are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of experience in roadway design and engineering, with a proven track record in leading and managing projects and teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of roadway design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
