Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled T&I (Transport and Installation) Coordinator to join our team for a major offshore wind project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transport and installation activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transport and installation activities for the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transport and installation activities.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to transport and installation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport and installation coordination, preferably in the offshore wind sector.
- Strong knowledge of transport and installation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale offshore wind projects.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP).
