A leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients is looking for a highly experienced Water/Wastewater Treatment Estimator.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in estimating costs for water and wastewater treatment projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
