A local Arizona civil consulting firm is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead surveying operations in their Phoenix or Mesa offices. This opportunity is perfect for an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience, looking to oversee diverse projects and develop a talented team in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scopes of work, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the survey team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (RLS).
- A minimum of 10 years of land surveying experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
- Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
