Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the job site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Manage subcontractor's work progress on-site by providing direction when necessary.
- Develop comprehensive schedules including manpower requirements & equipment needs to meet deadlines effectively
and efficiently within budget constraints.
Salary (up to): $125,000 annually + benefits package commensurate with your level of professional expertise
