Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in utility and/or site work, with a focus on pipe installation and excavation.
- Experience in water and sewer projects is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and supervision of construction personnel, including foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adapt project resources and methods as needed.
- Develop and manage a 3-week look-ahead schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for resource allocation.
- Uphold a safe working environment for all personnel.
Special Skills / Abilities Needed:
- Experience in utility work is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification preferred.
- Solid understanding of excavation systems and safe work practices.
- Basic computer skills (preferably in Excel and Outlook).
