We are seeking a highly qualified Structural Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in designing structures, particularly in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of structural design principles.
We are looking for an individual who is highly skilled in AutoCAD and ideally has some experience with Revit. Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects is highly preferred. The candidate will be expected to work on a diverse range of projects, bringing in technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis: Develop structural designs for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use buildings, and educational and healthcare facilities.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge in the design and implementation of structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate and execute designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Problem-Solving: Use exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges, ensuring the safety and stability of all structures.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical codes of conduct.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
