Position: Heavy Civil Senior Project Manager
Salary: $140,000-$200,000 + Bonus(s)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Washington or the ability to obtain it within six months.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction and project management.
- Proven expertise in leading multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Successfully managing a diverse portfolio of heavy civil projects, including bridges, highways, and other major infrastructure ventures.
- Providing strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to foster strong partnerships and ensure project success.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
