Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee security system projects ranging from $1 million to $6 million, with some smaller-scale projects included. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience with CAD, and a deep understanding of security system design. This role offers a high level of flexibility and the potential to transition into an Account Manager role as opportunities grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple security system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the CAD team, providing mentorship and leveraging your strong CAD expertise to optimize project designs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
- Work alongside account managers to drive project success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel to client sites across South Jersey, Trenton, and Philadelphia as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management within the security systems industry, particularly with projects valued between $1M and $6M.
- Proficiency in CAD, with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office, remote work, and client sites.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as needed.
