• Design and develop control systems for industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control system architecture.
• Integrate vision-guided robotics and motion control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical design or programming equipment.
• Analyze system requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Test and validate engineering solutions for industry compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in controls engineering, automation, or electrical engineering.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Perl).
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and industry standards (NEC, UL, NFPA, IEEE, CSA, CE).
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
