What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage large-scale water and wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise in all aspects of water/wastewater engineering, including design, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
- Oversee project staff, mentor junior engineers, and drive excellence in project execution.
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and high-quality deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
