Senior Project Manager - Municipal

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Civil Municipal team.
We provide comprehensive civil engineering services for municipal projects. Our engineers also serve as Engineers of Record for special-purpose districts or designated City Engineers for local municipalities and assist municipal clients on an on-call basis.
Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in business development and client management
- Team player
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Washington State PE
- Fifteen or more years of experience in Civil Engineering
Municipal services include:
- CIP design and construction specifications
- As-builts for new construction and facility improvements
- Coordination with state/federal agencies
- Facility planning
- Funding strategies and cost estimates
- Grant applications and securing project funding
- Plan reviews
Our projects focus on water and sewer utilities, stormwater management, watershed planning, road and sidewalk design, parks and trails, public works facilities, stream restoration, environmental restoration, and parking lots/structures.

Responsibilities:
- Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Demonstrate success in business development.
- Develop new clients and projects; participate in proposals and interviews.
- Use advanced civil engineering techniques and practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct multiple projects concurrently.
- Develop scopes of work, schedules, and fees; coordinate staff and sub-consultants.
- Manage projects for budget and schedule success.
- Serve as a technical advisor to staff.
- Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
- Review design and production deliverables for compliance with industry standards and firm policies.
