- Lead the conversion of a 17-story office building into a branded hotel and residence, managing the project from inception to completion.
- Utilize your 15-20 years of experience in the Caribbean and hospitality industries to ensure project success.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and P6 will be advantageous in managing project documentation and schedules.
- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope development, contract management, subcontractor solicitation, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and financial controls.
- Leverage your knowledge of the local subcontractor base in Puerto Rico to build a skilled project team, including Superintendents, project engineers, and project administrators.
