Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare plans, sections, and detailed mechanical layout drawings for water and wastewater projects for municipal clients.
- Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams and process flow diagrams.
- Assist in the production of contract drawing submittals and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and technicians.
- Conduct QA/QC and constructability reviews.
- Participate in the design of major engineering projects and prepare contract bidding drawings.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Accomplished and multitalented mechanical/piping design professional with more than 10 years of significant experience designing public works projects, including providing maintenance support for municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Experience in Mechanical, Civil/Environmental Design, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, construction standards, and ability to perform site inspections.
- Experience preparing mechanical contract documents and plans for construction projects.
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
- Local travel to project sites; no overnight travel required.
