This firm is looking to build out its Dallas office and is looking for an experienced Land Development engineer who has 10+ years of experience in single-family development. Department Lead (single-family development) will play a big part in bringing in new clients, maintaining existing clients as well as building out their team.
This firm works on a diverse range of land development projects from single-family housing, 7-stage subdivisions, K-12 projects, educational centers, and more!
Requirements:
- PE License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 10+ Years of experience in land development (single-family development)
- Has Business Development / Client Management experience
- Able to lead a team.
- Based in Dallas or willing to relocate.
