Job Title: Senior Product Manager - GeoProducts
About the Role:
This position offers an opportunity to engage with advanced geosynthetic solutions and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of geogrid technology. As the Senior Product Manager focused on GeoProducts, you will support, improve, and communicate the value proposition of geotechnical solutions to stakeholders across the Western Hemisphere.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in qualifying proprietary systems and implementing engineering/bid strategies to secure business.
- Evaluate geotechnical and structural project details for technical and commercial feasibility.
- Develop preliminary designs for proprietary foundation technologies.
- Identify and engage third-party installation partners for project solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and site activities, from feasibility through construction.
- Review detailed design submittals and field reports.
- Provide engineering support and troubleshooting during field construction.
- Prepare project close-out documentation.
- Define and refine market value propositions for products and ensure alignment with current market conditions.
- Lead messaging efforts through all communication channels.
- Support the commercialization and launch of new products and applications.
- Monitor competitive products and technologies, providing strategic support to the sales team.
- Contribute to special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or product management within the construction industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Business acumen, with a solid understanding of the industry and domain-specific knowledge.
- Good grasp of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.
- Ability to lead and influence large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience translating business requirements and technical specifications into functional solutions.
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (required).
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is a plus.
