As a Senior Medical Equipment Planner, you will be a pivotal figure in our team, fostering relationships with executive-level clients, hospital personnel, and industry experts. Your expertise in medical equipment, equipment planning processes, procurement, and project management will be instrumental.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, deadlines, and objectives.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, manage equipment-related meetings, and maintain budgets and equipment lists.
- Technical Expertise: Specify equipment, lead mock-up support efforts, and address project issues promptly.
- Coordination and Support: Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitate equipment procurement, installation, and delivery activities.
- Professional Development: Support team growth, maintain client relationships, attend industry events, and stay updated on the latest products and technology.
Must Have Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a Medical Equipment Planner
- Background mainly in Healthcare/Clinical Engineering or a Hospital related role
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with extensive knowledge in medical equipment planning, design coordination, and project management.
