Exciting Hybrid Opportunity for a Senior Estimator Experienced in Mechanical Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and work with the estimating team in the review of project plans, requirements and specifications, and may organize a team of estimators to perform pricing, and bidding of projects
- Review and understand all project plans, requirements and specifications
- Coordinate and supervise a team of estimators to develop large, multi-disciplinary estimates
- Understand project logistics and project schedule
- Solve Problems - Identify, prioritize and implement alternatives for a solution
- Champion Innovation - Identify opportunities for new and improved ways of doing things that result in value added, unique and differentiated solutions
Qualifications:
- 8+ Years experience in Estimating mechanical projects
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping & Sheet Metal
- Strong understanding of estimating processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with estimating software's such as CADmep, ESTmep or any related software.
- Degree is desirable, however it not required
