What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage geotechnical investigations for a variety of projects, from foundation designs to site analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional geotechnical solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed geotechnical reports, recommendations, and construction documents.
- Assist in business development efforts, identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical modeling.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
