Our client brings more than 40 years of industry experience working on projects from smaller/distributed energy scale to utility scale projects across the Northeast. Our team is comprised of mechanical, electrical civil/structural engineers, construction professionals, and dedicated operational staff that are eager to work on clean energy solution.
This opportunity is open to candidates that prefer work from home model and are based in the Greater New England area - Massachusetts based is first preference but candidates in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and neighboring New England states also welcome to apply.
Comp: based on years of experience - competitive base/total comp, benefits, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of electrical engineering experience.
- Project experience working on renewable energy projects - PV solar and/or energy storage systems. Experience can be anywhere from smaller scale to larger scale projects.
- Understanding of power plants, substations, a plus.
- 2-3+ years of experience working directly for a design, engineering, utility, EPC, developer, owner/operator, system integrator or manufacturing engineering firm that's based in the United States.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- PE License in Massachusetts is required.
