I am currently representing a Louisiana based civil consultancy.
My client have been around for over 30 years and are about to reach the 100 mark on headcount. They have offices across Louisiana and specialise within the municipal sector.
The firm are in a growth mode right now, expanding their project base to states surrounding Louisiana and so have highlighted the need to bring on an experience Senior engineer that can provide technical oversight, project management and leadership of junior engineers.
This person will bridge the gap between the overall area lead and the junior staff, allowing for the dedicated BD team to focus on identifying new business.
What can the firm offer?
- A highly flexible working arrangement - offering hybrid schedules and freedom to choose which office you want to work in
- Industry leading mentors - senior leadership have worked with the best firms in the region with over 100 years of combined experience
- Freedom to make the role your own - The leadership do not want to pigeon hole this person to one set of projects or tasks and so this person will have full freedom to get involved in multiple different aspects within the firm, including client management, BD, technical design and overall project management - working alongside multi-disciplined teams
- Family owned business and growth achieved through organic growth
- Access to large projects with 90% of clients being public and bigger cities and districts
- Variety of project work
- Above industry standard benefits with emphasis on family packages
They want this person to have at least 7 years of experience in the municipal sector and be a licensed engineer in the state of Louisiana.
