Join our team and take a leading role in the design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems across a variety of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your focus will include:
- Driving design and construction efforts, utilizing delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build.
- Designing HVAC and plumbing systems, primarily for HyperScale and Colocation Data Centers, including administrative and support spaces.
- Contributing expertise to projects in areas such as administrative offices, warehouses, maintenance facilities, workshops, laboratories, chemical storage, electrical distribution centers, and more.
- Performing Data Center airflow CFD modeling for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Conducting energy audits, efficiency studies, and code compliance reviews, as well as applying sustainable design strategies, including LEED certification.
- Expanding your engineering skills by working on diverse, challenging projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates bring:
- Familiarity with NFPA standards, HVAC load calculations, and equipment sizing.
- Experience in HVAC energy modeling and energy code compliance.
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED and Green Globes.
- Skills in reviewing technical submittals and bids.
- Experience with large-scale water and air-cooled chiller plant designs.
- Proficiency in standards such as ICC Codes, ASHRAE Handbooks/Standards, ASPE handbooks, and SMACNA standards.
- Expertise in Data Center airflow CFD modeling and tools such as Cadence Reality Data Center Design (formerly 6Sigma Room).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record reviews, in compliance with applicable laws.
Certifications:
- Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- LEED AP certification with experience in achieving LEED certifications for industrial buildings.
